What does Camdell charge per order?

Starter: 12%, Growth: 8%, Scale: 6%. All rates are inclusive of Razorpay's payment processing fee. One number deducted — no extra gateway fee.

Is there any setup or onboarding fee?

No. We never charge to join, to onboard, or to list your first products.

Choose UPI handle or bank account during signup. Both verified by Razorpay. Orders delivered before midnight settle the next business morning — typically before 9AM.

Is there a payout fee?

No payout fee on UPI or bank. Minimum payout is ₹100; anything below rolls to the next day.

Do I need a GSTIN to sell on Camdell?

Not required to start. If annual turnover exceeds ₹20 lakh (₹10 lakh for special category states), GST registration is mandatory by law.

Does Camdell generate GST invoices?

Yes — automatically for every order, using your registered GSTIN and HSN codes. Available as PDF from Dashboard → Billing.

Do I pay commission on cancelled orders?

No. Commission is only charged on successfully delivered orders. Cancellations, returns, and failed deliveries are commission-free.
