Staff roles & permissions — full access control for your team

Running a business with staff means balancing trust and control. Today we're launching full role-based access control so every team member has exactly the permissions they need — no more, no less.
Three roles to start
- Cashier — Can view incoming orders and mark them as ready or dispatched. Cannot process refunds or access revenue data.
- Manager — Everything a Cashier can do, plus refunds, discount codes, and daily reports.
- Admin — Full access except billing and bank account changes.
Audit trail
Every action — order accepted, refund issued, product updated — is logged with the staff member's name, timestamp, and device. You can view 90 days of history at any time.
How to invite staff
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Team and click "Invite member." They'll receive a login link and can start working immediately.
Multi-outlet merchants can assign staff to one location or all of them from a single screen.
